LG Lucid 4G Specs Out, Verizon 4G LTE Handset Launch Likely on March 29th

We have been hearing a lot about the LG Lucid 4G over the past few days. Perhaps, one of the most discussed devices in recent times, a lot of the specifications have now been revealed. If you would remember, the mystery smartphone from the Korean company had made its appearance by way of many a leak.

The LG Lucid 4G, also known as Cayman, is believed to be a mid-range handset. The Android 2.3 Gingerbread powered smartphone sports a 4-inch IPS 800 x 480 resolution screen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

The handset will be driven by a dual-core processor clocking at 1.2GHz speeds. Along with 8GB of inbuilt memory, the phone is packed with a large 1700mAh battery promising 8 hours of usage time.

It supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Mobile Hotspot, ShareGenie and S-GPS.

The 5.0 oz device measures 4.69 x 2.45 x 0.45 in dimensions. Along with high speed USB 2.0, the handset can be charged via the micro USB charging port.

The LG Lucid 4G, heading for Verizon, is rumored as set for launch on March 29th. If what we hear is true, you might be able to pick your handset for a price below $200.
