Looks like rumours have no end. Despite having just some double digit hours remaining for the San Francisco event scheduled by Cupertino iGiants, where the whole world believes that they can see the next generation iPad, rumors on the device is still pouring in.

There have been a lot them making speculations right from the name of it to the display resolution. The newest one talks about its comparative size of the upcoming iPad with the current iPad device – the iPad 2.

The speculation is based on one of some recently surfaced pictures, which reportedly claim to be depicting the upcoming device. As per the pictures, the upcoming iPad will be thicker than that of the current edition.

Though, next gen iPad being thicker than iPad 2 may not be any interesting news for you folks, the other rumors could be.

They say the upcoming toy from Apple will come in 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB versions with none of them having LTE connectivity features. Although we consider the size set up reliable, no LTE functionality is difficult to believe.

Many of the rumours speculate that the price points will be similar to the iPad 2 machines. In that way, it will cost $499 for a 16 GB Wi-Fi only version, $599 for 32 GB and $699 for 64 GB versions.

The 3G enabled versions, in all likelihood, will come for price tags $629, $729 and $829 for 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB versions respectively.

Well, though we believe more about a thicker iPad than the existing one, we don’t believe 100 percent in the speculations on the price. That way, there should be some ground- breaking feature with the upcoming device for people to leave iPad 2.

If there is any, it should make it costlier than the existing one, right? What do you feel?
