AT&T to Introduce Windows 8 Tablet That Works on 4G LTE Network

The Consumers Electronics Show (CES) 2012 is just a week away, and all the major companies are in the final stage of preparation to introduce their products at the event. AT&T is set to introduce a lot of newer innovations and one of the prominent one among them is the Windows 8 Tablet which will be running on 4G LTE network.

The global service provider AT&T will organize a special event before the CES, to get the developers inducted to “Windows 8 tablets super charged with LTE.” Hence we can assume the importance the company has given to the Windows 8 device working on 4G LTE.

Any details regarding the configuration of the device is not known till now. In company’s description, there are no words on the subject of the hardware used in the making of the device planned to introduce in the CES.

However, you would see the device before your eyes in a sort while. There has been a reference that the device will be powered by Qualcomm processor.

Snapdragon develop program and Snapdragon Chip will be the major focus of the device. A release associated with the device urges us to “See how the intuitive elegance of Windows 8′s Metro-style application design has been layered over this horsepower”.

Other details about the device are unclear. And, there hasn’t been any words regarding the price of this ambitious device.
