MSI GT780DX Intel Core i7 Gaming Notebook Unwrapped

Taiwan-based Micro-Star International (MSI) has lifted the wraps off their latest gaming notebook, GT780DX. With the new gaming notebook, MSI is eying to climb on to an enviable position in international notebook market.

The notebook is powered by Intel Core i7 processor. An inbuilt graphics card is also included in the system to improve gaming performance. The latest Nvidia GeForce GTX570M is the inbuilt graphics card, and is supported with a display memory of 3 GB GDDR5.

Other specifications include 32 GB of DDR3 memory, an accelerated dual hard disk architecture based on raid-0 technology, which can facilitate an increase storage capacity by two times the original, and a 70% improvement in read and write speed.

The device sports Windows 7 operating system by default and features a 17.3-inch full HD display. A lot of options are available with respect to hard disk and you can select from them depending on the size of your wallet.

Also, MSI is adding its own Turbo Drive Engine (TDE) technology into the machine to improve overall performance of GT780DX. Another attraction is the inclusion of Cooler Boost technology, which further improves system performance, by cooling down the system speeder than normal, to maintain its stability.

The device has a dimension of 428 x 288 x 55mm and weighs 3.9 kg without battery.  Details regarding price and availability are unknown as yet. We will soon let you know more on that.
