Nokia Lumia 710 to Ride on T-Mobile

Nokia is going full steam with it’s Lumia lineup. A Federal Communications Commission (FCC) manual for the Lumia 710 was found and it confirms the arrival of Nokia Lumia 710 on T-Mobile.

Nokia Lumia 710 is a 3.7 inch windows phone which is powered by Mango. A leaked note confirms that T-Mobile and Nokia will be introducing the device at an event held in New York on Wednesday, December 14th.

A leaked press shot of Nokia Lumia 710, with the T-Mobile mark, was recently uncovered. The Lumia 710, which is white in color, will be the first Nokia Windows Phone to hit the U.S.

The phone is already available in Europe with its higher-end type, Lumia 810. Nokia Lumia 710 is designed as a more affordable variant of Lumia 810.

T-Mobile will release the model in black and white shades with interchangeable covers. Nokia and T-Mobile are traditional partners with the latter selling a number of Nokia phones in the past.

T-mobile needs another spark as it is the only carrier in the US without a contract for iPhones. Without having a stronghold, its position in the American market seems to be in jeopardy.

The Finnish company, meanwhile, is looking for a way to burst into the U.S.market again and interest new consumers. There is nothing essentially flashy about the model, so it is unclear whether people would specifically select Lumia 710 from hypnotic versions of new generation Android phones that could possibly win their immediate attention.
