Apple is unique in many ways. A trendsetter in its legendary i way! They have just added another credit (!) to its laurel, by setting an extra ordinary trend; smoking on a plane and scaring the hell out of passengers!

The latest iDrama was staged aboard an Australian Regional Express Flight ZL319, when the stylish iPhone 4, all of a sudden, started smoking and emitting a red glow.

Luckily, it happened only as the plane landed at their destination in Sydney, Australia.

It is reported that the device produced considerable amount of smoke and glowing red light. Though the situation created panic, a flight assistant quickly put out the device and eased the situation.

Anyway, no one on board was hurt or injured. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has collected the device as part of their investigation.
