Ready for the Ville? If you aren’t, you need to be, we guess. For the Ville will be the thinnest and fastest Android handset from the company’s stables. And, hopes of seeing the device has got even clearer with a leaked picture now doing the rounds.

Earlier, we had informed you about the Ville two weeks ago and its possible appearance at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event next year – along with the HTC’s Tegra 3 Android tablet.

We hear the smartphone will be one of the first devices to come with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon S4 processor.

The new dual-core chip with clocking speeds of 1.5GHz will offer a 60 percent boost in performance than the existing Scorpion Snapdragon S1, S2 and S3 chips.

The new Adreno 225 GPU incorporated along with the processor will offer 50 percent faster graphics performance.

The handset is believed to come in 8mm thickness – that makes it slimmer than the iPhone 4S. It comes with a metal unibody design that looks awesome.

Talking about other features, the Ville is said to be equipped with a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, an 8-megapixel backside-illuminated camera with 1080p video recording and Beats Audio support.

Powered by Android Ice Cream Sandwich, the device will be the first to feature the HTC Sense 4.0 interface. A 1,650 mAh battery backed handset will be coming with HSPA+ and LTE capabilities.

The LTE radio support hints the possible arrival on the AT&T or Verizon. The NFC support will be missing as the body is completely enclosed in a metal case.

It is rumored that the Ville will be launched in April after it’s unveiling at the MWC event in mid-February.

Stay tuned as we get you the HTC Ville  pricing details.
