Nokia Lumia 800 Rides Orange in France

Nokia Lumia 800, featuring Windows Phone 7.5 OS, has entered French territory riding the Orange airwaves.

The phone, which features a 3.7 inch AMOLED screen, 1.4GHz CPU, 16GB storage, 8 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, and a 1450mAh battery, is the first to feature Windows 7.5.

This device is expected to steal some hearts as it comes in a stylish attire. Lumia 800 is compact, sleek and very stylishly-built phone with slots for slots for micro USB, micro SIM card tray and 3.5mm jack. In the front, it features a curved glass with 3 captive touch buttons.

Like in most unibody phones, users cannot access battery or add micro SD card to the Lumia 800. The device is available in cyan blue, magenta, and black hues, and comes with a matte-finish body making it easy for users to hold the phone.

The smartphone is expected to help Nokia put up a better show against Google’s Android and Apple’s iOS.

Orange France claims that the phone would be delivered, upon placing orders, in 3 working days. The prices start at €99, including a €50 rebate.
