Verizon Motorola DROID RAZR Now Available; Costs $299.99 with a 2-Year Contract [Video]

We have great news for those of you who were waiting anxiously for the arrival of the thinnest Android powered smartphone on the planet. The Motorola Droid RAZR is now officially available on sale from Verizon Wireless.

The device, which has an ultra-slim design, comes with a price tag of $299.99 with a 2-year contract. The full retail price is $649.99.

The device runs the Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread operating system, and is expected to receive Ice Cream Sandwich in the near future.


As for the other specs of the smartphone, the Motorola Droid RAZR comes equipped with a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED qHD display with a resolution of 960×540 and a 1.2 GHZ TI OMAP4430 dual-core processor.

You will get an 8 MP rear facing camera, and a 1.3 MP front camera to satisfy all your video chatting needs.

The device also features 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and compatibility with Verizon’s super fast 4G LTE network.
