The year sure does fly by fast doesn’t it? It’s already time to start voting for the Videogame Awards and this year is going to be a big one. There are so many games that could easily win the prestigious game of the year title and it’s going to be a very hard vote with so many great games that were released this year. One of the best aspects of the Video Game Awards are the announcements that come with. The official statement  for the awards show basically announced that there will be another Alan Wake title, a brand new Bioware title, and what’s been going on with Metal Gear Rising.

The VGA’s of 2011 is going to be one full of excitement and incredible announcements. The big question is this though: which game is up for Game of the Year? The games are as followed:

  • Batman: Arkham City
  • Portal 2
  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
  • The Legend of  Zelda: Skyward Sword
  • Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception
I don’t know about you, but all of the games that are already out are some of the best of titles of all time and the games that aren’t released yet (Skyrim and Skyward Sword) are destined to be fantastic titles. Tough choices.
The next award that you have to look out for is the Most Anticipate Game award. That list also has come heavy hitters. The list of nominees are below:
  • Bioshock Infinite
  • Diablo III
  • Halo4
  • Mass Effect 3
  • The Last guardian
Even more tough choices. This year’s Video Game Awards may be the best yet. The awards show will be aired live on December 10th at 8pm PST. Who are you going to vote for? Let us know in the comments below.
