LG Optimus 3D Android Gingerbread Update Coming with Improved HSPA+ Speeds

We know that all the Android fans out there are waiting eagerly to taste Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich OS. But a Gingerbread update will definitely be loved by all the LG Optimus 3D handset owners. The device is all set to receive the update in the very near future.

Now, we have for you the latest info about the update. It appears like some XDA users have got their hands on a leaked official build for the smartphone.

Although the build has not quite been perfected, the 2.3.5 build does give us hints regarding the improvements that are arriving with the official update.

 

The Optimus 3D Gingerbread update will be rolled out on November 21st. And it appears like the device’s owners have a lot to look forward to.

According to the new leak, the update is bringing improved HSPA+ speeds. It’s being claimed that Optimus 3D users will be able to enjoy download speeds of up to 21Mbps. It also comes with improved video recording with video stabilization and better video quality.

After the update the gallery app will be loading faster and you will also be able to play with a new video editor.
