Apple has released three capacity versions of the iPhone 4S in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
The pricing of the unlocked iPhone 4S models varies in different countries. Info flowing in from Spanish terrain tells us that the entry price of the 16GB model is about €600, whereas the 32GB and 64GB cost €700 and €800 respectively in that country.
Meanwhile, in Canada, pricing of the unlocked 16GB iPhone 4S stays in the $650-$850 range, which is a tad expensive compared with the contract-based offers from the carriers.
In the US, the handset will be available on Sprint, Verizon and AT&T on contract with impressive data plans this month.
