Verizon Galaxy Nexus Smartphone Render Found on Samsung Website

We know that many of you are waiting eagerly to  play with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus handset and Google’s latest Ice Cream Sandwich OS running on it. Now we have a small treat for you, very small in fact.

As you already know, Samsung hasn’t come out with a product page for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus so far. They are just sitting there with the same registration page that’s been there for a while.

Now, some dedicated Nexus fans appear to have found an official render of the 4G LTE Galaxy Nexus on Samsung’s website.

No new info is available from the above image, which looks similar to the other Galaxy Nexus render that was flying around on the internet earlier. But it will at least keep all the Nexus enthusiasts going until more info is available on the device’s launch on Verizon.

As you can see in the image, the Galaxy Nexus (SCH-i515) lacks any carrier branding on the front. But that’s not so surprising since it’s a Google Nexus-branded handset.

You might not have forgotten that the Nexus S and the Nexus One also lacked carrier branding.

Just to remind you, the Galaxy Nexus runs ICS and comes with a 4.65 inch HD Super AMOLED display, a 1.2GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4460 processor, and the handset shoots HD 1080p video.

Stay tuned for more info on the device.
