Moto freaks, here it comes! We know you are eagerly waiting for the company’s next smartphone  – the Droid 4. You might remember, we had informed you about the handset, codenamed Maserati, that came with some rumored specs. The latest we have for you are some of the pictures and hot features of Droid 4.

In the pictures, the Droid 4 with its QWERTY slide-out keyboard and RAZR styling looks awesome. The handset has a 4-inch screen which is believed to be backed by the Super AMOLED Advanced display technology.

Powered by Android 2.3.5, the smartphone features a full five-row redesigned backlit keypad, 1080p video recording, non-removable battery, HDMI out and MotoACTV syncing. It comes with dual cameras – could be  an 8-megapixel rear shooter and a VGA in the front.

There is no word on  the processor of the phone, but it might be a 1.2GHz OMAP4430 chip as similar to the RAZR. As spotted in the image, Verizon Wireless is believed to be the carrier of the 4G LTE-enabled handset.

Meanwhile, the missing Android Ice Cream Sandwich is something disappointing. But one thing is sure the keyboard lovers will really enjoy this device.

Details about the price and launch of the Droid 4 are not available as yet. Stay tuned to be updated on more about the smartphone.
