All those who can’t help but click a photograph of something beautiful, listen up. We have news about the forthcoming Panasonic GX1.

It was earlier said that the camera will be announced next month. But it seems it has been pushed back. We now get to hear that the camera will be announced on the 28th of this month.

Yes, that’s in just a few days’ time. The new Micro Four Thirds camera is dubbed the pro version of the popular GF line. You might have come across rumors about this one earlier, only back then it was called GF7, GF8 or GFPro.

There is no confirmed spec sheet of the camera, but leaks suggest that the Panasonic GX1 will look like the Lumix GF1 with a new 16 megapixel sensor and image processing engine, a Lumix 14-42 mm kit lens, an LVF2 external viewfinder with 1,440,000 dots, plus ISO at as high as 12800 and an AF920k touchscreen which is supposed to be very fast.

The Panasonic GX1 will be available in black and silver. That’s the latest guys; wait for more if you are interested in this one.
