We have the latest news for those of you who are not so impressed with the latest iDevices and are interested in playing with Android. AT&T’s latest high-end Android smartphone, the Motorola Atrix 2, is now available for purchase with a price tag of $100.

The Gingerbread handset, which was announced and shown off last week, is the successor to the original Atrix handset and it does look delicious at that price.

Check out the AT&T website here if you want to get the device which comes with features such as a dual-core 1GHz CPU and a 4.3-inch qHD display.

Just to refresh your memory, the Motorola Atrix 2, which allows you to enjoy 21Mbps HSPA+ action, comes equipped with an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p HD video capture and a front-facing cam for video chats. The device also features a full gigabyte of RAM.

The device also comes with 8 GB of internal memory, and the 1785 mAh battery powers it. A 2GB microSD card is included in the package, and the card slot is capable of handling cards of up to 32GB.

So, are you going to get the device? Or are you waiting for some Ice Cream Sandwich goodness?
