Nokia has unveiled a new wireless Bluetooth headset, the Nokia Luna. Now, we know that you might have seen a lot of wireless headsets and you might even have your favorites. But this headset is different.

The striking feature of the Nokia Luna is that it is NFC enabled. This enables the headset to pair with your phone just by a tap. It provides voice prompts to establish pairing automatically and to indicate battery charge.

The Luna has a two piece design and is a compact unit. You just have to remove the top piece and put it in the ear.

The ear-piece is designed to isolate noise and is incredibly small. It comes with Digital Signal Processing and adaptive volume adjustment which makes the sound more clear.

It is so easy to use that it automatically powers up, connects and answers the call. The call gets disconnected when the headset is put back into the cradle. It is small and simple with the top part weighing merely 5 grams and the bottom part weighing about 18.3 grams. It uses a micro USB cable for fast charging.

Nokia Luna supports Bluetooth Specification 2.1 + EDR, Handsfree Profile 1.5 and Headset Profile 1.1 advanced multipoint which means that two phones can be attached at the same time to Nokia Luna.

The device comes with eight hours of talk time and will be available in black, white, fuchsia, yellow and blue colors. Nokia Luna will be available on the market in Q4 2011 with a price tag of $94.
