Nokia Windows Phone Ads Leaked, Sea Ray to be Nokia 800

October 11, 2011, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Do you think the name Sea Ray is unbearably dull for one of the first Nokia Microsoft smartphones?

Well, the rumored Sea Ray will be marketed as the Nokia 800, if you go by a couple of seemingly official ads for the company’s first Windows Phones.

In the advert, the supposed Nokia 800 sports a shiny, possibly metallic surround, and the background has WP7 style colored tiles, which gives it sort of youthful vibes.

The Nokia 800 might also be marketed as Lumina in some regions. The advertisement pictures Nokia’s Windows Phone as a companion for life’s daily adventures, which does not exactly go in line with Microsoft’s initial ad campaign for Windows Phone 7.

We have had rumors of Nokia’s Windows Phone 7 devices like the Sun, Ace and Sabre, but Pocket Now rules out the possibility of more than two phones hitting the market.

The OS was portrayed as something which minimizes the amount of time you spend fiddling with your handset.

We have already had an N 800 from Nokia, which questions the validity of the name. Let’s wait for Nokia World guys; we may get all the answers.
