Apple iPhone 5 Price Rumored at $699, Sprint All Set to Bring in the Smartphone First

With October 4th just round the bend, Apple’s iPhone 5 is garnering all attention. All eyes are on the smartphone which is believed to be unveiled in the Apple event on that day. However, so far, Apple has managed to keep the suspense about the new iPhone.

We had informed you earlier about the carriers on which the iPhone 5 might be seen. The handset is believed to come on Sprint, AT&T and Verizon.

The latest we have for you here are some updates on the Sprint version of iPhone 5. The device has been spotted with two memory options 16GB and 32 GB in a Radioshack inventory database. Sprint has already announced a hectic working schedule for the employees, and the signal booster installation in their stores hints that the iPhone 5 arrival is very close.

The iOS 5 powered iPhone is believed to come with a dual-core A5 chip, NFC support, voice control, iCloud, 3G for both GSM and CDMA networks and aluminium unibody construction.

We also hear about an impending arrival of the phone on Cincinnati Bell for a contract retail price of $699.99. The iPhone 5 32 GB version might come sporting a price tag of $639.99 off-contract. Some of the details of the handset were also found and they include a 4-inch screen, an 8-megapixel camera.
