Samsung’s all new slick technology is set to enter the North American markets. The Korean company is introducing its Series 7 all-in-one PC, which takes desktopping a step further.

The gadget features a 23-inch, full HD, thin display with a comfortable and sleek design that allows you to fold the display 90 degrees back to the base, where it can be used as an horizontal plane for touchscreen use. The company has stuffed it with surface acoustic wave (SAW) touch sensing technology, HDMI input, and a unique, simple touch software interface which we will be seeing in the Series 7 Slate tablet.

It’s down south of the display where the goodies are stored; the 2nd-gen Core processor, theDDR3 memory, storage drive, slot-in optical drive, an SD card slot, one Gigabit Ethernet port, multiple USB connectors (one isUSB3.0), and the dual HDMI ports. The 23-inch Series 7 system is said to start with the Core i3 model and climb the high-end ladder to a Core i5.

The former will be costing $999 while the high model will be going out for $1,199. A Best Buy exclusive having a Core i5 chip will be going on sale for $1,099 on October 10.
