LG seems to be putting in all their efforts to make their first HD smartphone LU6200 popular. The Korean company is bringing in the classic game – Street Fighter IV – on the new handset. The phone maker has entered into an agreement with game developer Capcom in that regard.

The Android version of the game will be seen on the LG’s global apps site by the fourth quarter this year. Following the deal, LG gets exclusive rights of the game on for three months after they launch their HD Android handset.

The LU6200 is believed to be the world’s first smartphone to sport the AH-IPS display technology on the 4.5-inch screen with 1280 x 720 resolution.

The smartphone boasts a 1.5 GHz Qualcomm processor with dual Scorpion cores, 1 GB of RAM, Adreno 220 graphics and dual cameras-an 8 megapixel rear shooter and a 1.3 megapixel snapper at front.

It also supports LTE, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and DMB, which may change a little outside Korea. An 1830 mAh battery backs the 10.5 mm thin handset weighing 123 g.

LG has said they are looking to display the HD features of their first Android HD smartphone through this popular game. The HD version of the game is expected to attract more people towards their HD display technology and also towards the classic game.

We just hope this new HD Street Fighter IV with the LG LU6200 will boost the company, which is rumored to be struggling. However, there are no official details about the launch and pricing of the smartphone as yet.
