HTC Sensation XE Integrates Beats Audio; Europe and Asia Debut by September-end

HTC will soon be offering a new and improved version of the hugely popular HTC Sensation, with the Beats audio technology – of course. And, we have to say the HTC Sensation XE is apparently better than the original Sensation.

The Sensation XE could be the first smartphone to benefit from HTC’s partnership with Beats Audio. The handset will come along with a set of special Beats by Dr. Dre in-ear headphones.

When you plug in those bad boys, your Sensation XE will automatically switch to the custom Beats by Dr. Dre sound profile, which HTC says is tuned specifically for them.

Further, you will be able to stay clear of fishing in your pockets for your mobile to answer calls; Beats by Dr. Dre comes with a cable remote to answer your calls via a built in microphone and you can also control music playback.

The smartphone packs a 1.5 GHz dual core processor and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It also adds custom processing software and hardware and boasts longer runtime with larger battery.

We guess the device would sport the same 8 megapixel camera as the Sensation. Then, there is an 8 GB or 16 GB microSD card for your music and video.

The HTC Sensation XE will arrive in Europe and Asia starting late September. There is no word on pricing yet.

Are you all set to be impressed?
