Rumors about Apple’s iPhone 5 are just unstoppable. If you remember, earlier we had brought you the details regarding the launch dates of the iPhone 5 and speculations that hinted at Sprint being one of the carriers. The Sprint piece of news looks like it is turning to be true.

We hear Sprint’s iPhone 5 is set to roll out by mid-October. It has been pointed out that the carrier would be offering unlimited data plans for their customers, which will certainly help attract more users from the other two rival carriers.

There isn’t any clue whatsoever as to the nature of the launch on AT&T and Verizon Wireless as of late.

If the Sprint bit of info turns to be true, we could expect an official press conference from Apple introducing the new iPhone and iOS 5 by September-end.

As you are aware, the company usually launches their product first, and then releases it to the carriers and retailers.

It is also rumored that Sprint has sent out a message to employees, stating that there will be no day-offs during the period of September 30 to October 15.

Adding to that, the company has also conveyed that this step may be seen as a preparation of an important mobile phone launch.

The iPhone 5 that Sprint will bring to our midst will boast a powerful A5 processor, an 8-megapixel camera, a 4-inch touch screen and a sleek metal chassis.

Connecting this news and the earlier rumors, we could see Apple’s fifth generation iPhone in October itself.

However, we will have to wait for an official confirmation from Apple about the launch of its new smartphone and the operating system that will be incorporated into it.
