August 9, 2011, By Nicholas Davis

The highly anticipated Madden NFL 12 demo is now available on Microsoft’s Xbox Live Marketplace and Sony’s Playstation Network. The demo consists of the 2011 NFC Championship game featuring the GreenBay Packers and the Chicago Bears facing off. Similar to other Madden NFL demo’s, quarters will be 5 minutes in length, have access to four difficulty settings, and the decision to chose from conventional or “GameFlow” play calling.

The demo will give players a small taste of the new features of this years Madden, one of which being the Dynamic Player Performance. The Dynamic Player Performance will replicate each players traits and tendencies as they rise and fall based on their field performance during a game. Rosters in the demo will represent those pior to the free agency period but a full update to rosters will be available when the game releases on August 30th.

Madden NFL 12 is set to be one of the best in the series with an all new collision system, advanced defensive A.I. enhancements and possibly the most requested feature, custom play books. Super star and franchise mode make a return and like all other features, will be better than previous installments.

Madden NFL 12 releases later this month August 30th.
