HTC Puccini Backside Reveals 3-Speaker System and 8 Megapixel Shooter

July 28, 2011, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Last week we had bought you news about the HTC Puccini waiting in line at the FCC. This time we bring you the image of the device’s backside.

We know we sound cheesy but we have reasons to. We spied the AT&T logo on the upper right side which does give us hopes of it making into US markets soon.

The device is a 10 inch tablet that doesn’t stand that far apart from the Galaxy Tab 10.1. The screenshots reveal a dual-LED eight megapixel shooter and what we think is a 3-speaker system.

We told you about the 4G LTE rumors last time, and though we haven’t heard any more developments in that area, we do hope that this is AT&T’s first LTE slate. Under the hood should reside a Qualcomm MSM8660 1.5 GHz SoC and should be running the latest Android 3.x OS out of the box.

The specifications haven’t changed since the last time we told you. The tablet is expected to have a 10-inch display with a resolution of 1280×800.

The resolution is still under debate, as some say there are more pixels on screen. The Puccini is expected to support 4G LTE connectivity as well as WiFi.

The only solid evidence we have now is of the camera and the speaker system, which should give good hearing quality whether you keep the tablet in vertical or horizontal position. More leaked images and details might be straining to get out, so hang around to catch up with the latest buzz.
