T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide Page Goes Live; July 27th Roll Out Expected

The myTouch 4G Slide had been ruling the tech press in the form of leaks and commercials all through the past so many days. These leaks have made us all wait for the device to come to our midst for real. And, it finally has.

Carrier T-Mobile has unveiled a new myTouch 4G Slide page for all you enthusiasts out there. The page also has a ‘notify me’ section which would excite you for sure.

The unveiling of the new page on the T-Mobile site makes it clear that the device will arrive sometime this month itself. A date being said is July 27th, but we will have to wait for a confirmation on that.

Also, we hear the myTouch 4G Slide will probably sell for $199.99, on a 2-year contract and qualifying rate plan when it finally rolls out on the carrier network.

So, for that amount you can expect the device that will carry along with it a lightning-fast a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, ensuring an awesome entertainment experience and more on the phone. As we had earlier told you, the phone running Android Gingerbread and the HTC sense interface will have all in it to be a hit with gaming enthusiasts.

Other features could include 768MB of RAM, an 8MP rear camera with auto focus and flash, a front camera for video chats, support for 1080p HD video recording and a 3.7-inch WVGA display.
