Sprint HTC Evo 3D Offered for New Price Deal at Amazon; $150 + 2-Year Contract

If you are looking to buy a smartphone, now is a good time. Amazon is selling Sprint’s latest release, the HTC Evo 3D on a two-year contract, for a price of $150. This is a $30 drop from what Amazon was selling for a couple of days back. The deal is on line for anyone interested in signing their two-year contract and that is rumored to include free shipping, and you probably won’t have to worry about paying sales tax (in most states), either.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for an upgrade, you cannot take hold of the deal, and will have to pull over the price to $180.

We aren’t sure if Amazon is holding this as a permanent deal or a temporary one. So if you are eyeing the phone, it would be better to pick it up soon.

To brush up on your memory, here’s how the Evo 3D looks like. It comes with a 4.3-inch 3D qHD screen with 960 x 540 resolution. The device runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and is powered by 1.2GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor.

Other specs include dual rear 5 megapixel cameras, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera and 1080p video 2D video recording. You can share 3D videos via HDMI to your 3D HDTV and it also allows up to 8 devices to wirelessly connect to it so that they can share in its internet access.
