HP Ushers in AMD to Power Notebook Line

AMD seems to be HP’s new muse. The technology corporation is all set to launch its batch of business and consumer notebooks featuring the new update of AMD A-series APU (Accelerating Processing Unit). To come with the promise of ensuring some good performance and awesome battery life, the new processor will hold quad-core CPU (A6 and A8 – A4 dual-core) and a discreet-class GPU together.

Well, if you are looking to know which all devices will get new AMD strength, here goes. The HP ProBook b-series – comprising the HP ProBook 6465b and ProBook 6565b – will be incorporated with the AMD VISION Pro technology. It will also offer enhanced security options. The starting price will be $679.

Meanwhile, the business class notebooks of the HP ProBook s-series – the ProBook 4535s, 4435s and 4436s – will come in an appealing aluminum finish. These machines will have price tags starting at $519. Both the b-series and s-series devices will be available on 27th of this month.

The batch of HP Pavilion dv-series, including the Pavilion dv4, dv6 and dv7 with enhanced as well as new features, will hit stores by next month. The devices feature a new cooling technology called HP Coolsense so as to beat the heat.

The devices come with HP True Vision HD webcam as well. HP True Vision HD webcam is featured exclusively on Pavilion Metal dv6 and dv7 models. The devices have got a magnificent design, and were launched a few months ago. While prices for the HP Pavilion dv6 starts at $599.99, the Pavilion dv7 sells for a starting price of $699.99
