All these days, Asians were the only blessed ones to get a taste of the Acer Revo RL100 Media Centre PC. It took six long months, but we have just received word that the device has now arrived in the US as well.

Recently coined as the digital hub, the Acer Revo RL100 comes in a sleek design and is powered by an AMD Athlon II K325 processor, which can clock a speed of 1.3 GHZ. A Nvidia Ion discrete graphics with support for Web HD Flash acceleration and 720p/1080p HD video playbook is an added attraction. One of the sparkling features of the device is that it could either lay flat or stand upright.

The PC will be essentially backed by a 4GB DDR3 SDRAM and a 750 GB SATA hard drive. Wow! This machine has speed as well as storage capacity.

Didn’t you always want a PC that will automatically interconnect with other Acer home-based and mobile devices, hence making sharing high definition multimedia a million times faster and easier? Well, you have got it. The Revo RL100 also comes with 3 USB 2.0 ports and an integrated multi-in-one card reader.

The PC features a dual-mode wireless keyboard/ touchpad. A single press of a toggle button can easily transform modes from one device to another. The device is out in two models; one with a DVD drive priced at $449.99 and the other with a Blu-ray drive available at $569.99.

The wait is now over, the only question left is, are you going for it or not? Tell us all about that.
