June 3, 2011, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Wow, this is exciting to the core. The phone we all were waiting for is finally coming our way. Though an official announcement is yet to come by, a leak has let out the release date of the HTC EVO View 4G. Going by what we see, the device will land on the Sprint network in a few days.

An advertisement leaked from the Sprint internal Rewards Me site has it that the HTC EVO View 4G could land on the carrier network on the 24th of this month. This also happens to be the day when the EVO 3D is also set to make its debut, as per the ad.

Though this can’t make us say this is a confirmed date, we are sure it spills some hints regarding the launch of the device. The HTC EVO View 4G, is a 7-inch tablet that displays some good traits.

It has got a processor that runs at 1.5 GHz. Two cameras – a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera and a 5 megapixel rear camera – add to the charm. The Sense user interface from the maker is also incorporated.

On the storage front, it offers 32GB, and there is also support for 3G as well as 4G hotspot capabilities. The aluminum unibody of the tablet packs a 4,000 mAh battery.

Now, if these aren’t enough, a special stylus is provided along with the device. The stylus can be yours for an extra 80 bucks. This is highly recommended since it helps in enhancing the capabilities of the device further more.

We are still unaware of the actual pricing of the device on Sprint except of that of the stylus. However it has been learnt that the Wi-Fi-only might come for $499.99 minus the contract.  Let’s hope for a better price when it finally comes.
