Three DLC Packs On The Way For Fallout: New Vegas

May 3, 2011, By Christian Davis

Bethesda really loves their fans. They have four of the best games coming out this year and they continue to support the games their gamers love. If you, like many others, are still playing Fallout: New Vegas then you won’t be stopping anytime soon. Bethesda has three DLC add-ons coming down the pipeline.

Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, and Lonesome Road are the three new additions that will expand on Fallout: New Vegas’ extremely interesting world.

On May 17th, we’ll receive Honest Hearts. This first pack takes you on an expedition to the unspoiled wilderness of Utah’s Zion National Park. Of course nothing will go good during this trip and your caravan is ambushed by tribals. To top it all off, on your way back home, you end up in the middle of a war between two tribes. The choices you make, will determine the fate of Zion.

Available in June, Old World Blues will have players discover some of  the origins for Mojave’s mutated monsters while unintentionally becoming a lab rat in a science experiment gone horribly wrong. You’ll then have to choose to turn the tables on your kidnappers or  join forces to take  on an even greater threat.

Finishing off the three part DLC will be Lonesome Road. Available in July, this mission will introduce the player to the original Courier Six, a man named Ulysses  who refused to deliver the Platinum Chip at the beginning of New Vegas. You’ll find out why Ulysses didn’t deliver it, but of course, you have to complete something for him first.

All DLC for Fallout: New Vegas will be available for 800 Microsoft Points, $9.99 on Playstation Network, and both Steam and Direct2Drive for $9.99.
