Giving a break to those who have been thinking what happened to the 4G LTE MiFi device from Novatel after it gave us glimpses at the Consumer Electronics Show last January, Verizon has launched their MiFi 4510L4G LTE mobile hot spot at their online stores. If you are adamant about picking it only from brick-and-mortar stores, you will have to wait till April 21st.

Verizon is offering this wireless hot spot device for a price tag of $99 for a new two year contract. MiFi can help you create a personal Wi-Fi cloud capable of offering high speed data transfer with the ability to manage up to five Wi-Fi devices at once.

It will be suitable for creating a Wi-Fi cloud inside your home for the family or can even be used for meeting the wireless connectivity needs of a small business.

The intuitive E-Ink display shows signal strength, battery level, roaming and number of connected devices, giving you the gist of all important info in one place. Capable of offering download speeds up to 5 to 12 Mbps and upload speeds up to 2 to 5 Mbps, MiFi offers a battery life of up to five hours.

However, apart from the price of the device, you will have to opt one of the data plans from Big Red. The plans start from $50 per month for a data usage of 5 GB.

So if you are ready, get to Verizon’s store here.
