BlackBerry Touch 9860 Monza Promo Out (Video)

Hope you remember the handful of pictures of the upcoming BlackBerry Touch 9860 Monza that had been spotted in the wild some time back. As if bringing on hopes of a release date in the near future, a promo commercial of the handset has started doing the rounds. And, yes the video is awesomely shot and brings to your midst almost answers to your questions about the device.

The video displays essential features of the operating system 6.1. The handset is likely to arrive under the name Monaco on Verizon in the US. Speculations also suggest a handful of names for the device – such as Monza, Monaco, Touch and even Storm-3, owing to its Storm-like features and design.

BlackBerry Touch 9860 Monza is expected to come equipped with the BlackBerry ID system, 1.2GHz processor as well as 3.7-inch touch screen display of 800×400 resolution.

The device will have a 5 MP camera with flash that can record 720p video. It also offers support NFC, GPS, WiFi as well as Bluetooth 2.1.

Storage options include HSUPA/HSDPA support along with 768MB of RAM, 4GB of eMMC storage and a microSD slot. Monza is also equipped with an accelerometer and a G-sensor. The power comes from a 1230 mAh battery.
