HTC Pyramid Pictures Leak, Yet Again! (Full Set of Images Inside)

March 31, 2011, By Sanjeev Ramachandran

Remember we told you about a leak that featured the HTC Pyramid smartphone some time ago? We have found yet another set of images of the device. Let us tell you, we are pretty sure that these are indeed the HTC Pyramid. Bearing close resemblance to the HTC EVO 3D, the device has, for long, been termed to be a sibling of the EVO 3D. Minus the 3D stuff, that is.

Folks at XDA Developers have managed to unearth the images, and here they are for you. HTC’s forthcoming flagship smartphone will come featuring a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor and 768MB of RAM.

The phone, believed to be incorporated with a 4.3 inch QHD resolution display, will also sport an 8 megapixel camera on the rear, and a front facing camera too.

Based on the leaked photographs, we guess the device features some kind of an unibody backing. We believe this is slightly different from what the recent range of HTC handsets had sported.

The phone runs Android 2.3.2 OS and is likely to offer support for WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. HTC has also thrown in their latest Sense UI (version 3.0), which also has got a slightly different look compared with the one we saw at CTIA a few days ago.

Speculations have it that the HTC Pyramid will make its debut soon – may be that could be in a few weeks’ time. However, we do not have any official confirmation on that as yet. We will update you when we learn the same. So, stay tuned.

Take a look at the full set of images here.
