The subsidiary notification portal for iPad2 on Verizon allows interested customers to register their email address with the carrier so that they can get the updates about the device earlier. The carrier is expected to start selling this iOS tablet at 5.00 PM local time on the launch day.

Verizon’s website for iPad2doesnt elaborate on the possible plans for this thinner, lighter and faster device equipped with FaceTime on its network. However, it is heard that both the colors of the iOS tab will be available with the carrier.

The 3G-enabled iPad, compatible with Verizon’s EV-DO network is expected to come with a price tag of $629 for the 16 GB model. If you are interested to have the 3G iPad2 on Verizon, register here and get the hot notifications.
