MSI has added one more cutie to their product line up by pushing out a new machine running on AMD platform – the Wind Top AE2050. Stuffed with the latest AMD platform, it has a 20-inch HD screen with 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio with an optional intuitive multi-touch panel too.

The AMD Dual Core Processor E-350 is a powerful horse for heavy tasks when coupled with the AMD Radeon HD 6310 Discrete-Class Graphics. Moreover, it’s Accelerated Processing Unit which belongs to AMD’s Brazos platform which makes Wind Top AE2050 a classy machine. This enables Wind Top AE2050 to run high graphic multimedia content in fast pace without compromising on quality.

It features two USB 3.0 ports which are ten times faster than the usual USB 2.0 ports. They are capable of handling data transfer up to 5 Gbps with other devices.

Since it is bundled with the Super Charger technology, these ports allow you to charge port-charged devices even when your Wind Top machine is sleeping. This has a lot to do with convenience and energy saving since it reduces the charging time by 40 percent.

The AMD Brazos APU consumes very less power, as low as 18 watts. Thus Wind Top AE2050 when compared to the usual desktop PCs can save up to 70 percent of the energy consumption. But there are no clear details about the possible shipping date and prices as yet.
