HTC Thunderbolt 4G Price confirmed by Best Buy: It will indeed be $299.99 & not the previously rumored $249.99

February 23, 2011, By Shawn Wagnon

Remember all the confusion about the HTC Thunderbolt 4G in regards to both its price tag and its release date? Well, as of now the launch day is still anyone’s guess and Verizon is confirming nothing to customers. People who might have pre-ordered the HTC Thunderbolt are already having second thoughts. But we now have the price of the Thunderbolt confirmed and it is on the expensive side of things.

Remember how Best Buy’s $249.99 Price Tag hit all across the net? Seems like guys there cannot even print price tags properly! That or something has changed in the past couple of weeks. The HTC Thunderbolt 4G will cost you $299.99 and Best Buy has confirmed the price. So, there is an end to one of the uncertain factors, though it might not be a happy one.

While the Price uncertainty ended, Verizon Wireless is still quiet regarding when the Thunderbolt would hit stores. Seems like March is a very safe bet at this point as even the talk of February 28th release that surfaced earlier seems unlikely to be true.

So, are you still in interested in the Thunderbolt? Has the delayed release meant that you are now looking elsewhere for your Smartphone?
