Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc at MWC 2011: Watch DeviceMag Video of the Xperia Arc showcase form over function!

The Xperia Arc is one of those Smartphones that can get away just with its sheer looks. While it might be packed with a powerful engine inside, it will always be known for that curved back, large screen and sleek styling. This is the gadget that you want to have in your palm going into a big party night. Not the Neo, not the Pro and not even the famous Xperia Play compare to the form factor of the Xperia Arc.

So, we got to get a bit of hands-on time with the Xperia Arc and then a bit of a demo video from the guy at the Sony booth at the MWC in Barcelona. The first thing he makes sure to point out; the 8.7mm thickness at the center of the Arc. Then the giant 4.2-inch LCD Touchscreen is the one that demands plenty of your attention. We move on to the Sony Mobile Bravia Engine and the Gingerbread inside.

The UI seems really quick on the Arc and works like a charm. Comparing to all the handsets that Sony unveiled at the MWC, the Arc is still probably the classiest of the lot. We liked the look of it and you can check it out too in the Video…
