HP TouchPad webOS Gaming Video Footage Out

Last week, HP had unveiled its first ever webOS tablet, the HP TouchPad, which comes with a lot of impressive features and is expected to become a great rival to the Apple iPad and the Xoom tablet. Now, we have a treat for all the game lovers out there, a video of gaming on the upcoming tablet.

The new video, which comes to us courtesy of Daily Mobile and TechnoBuffalo, allows us to take a peek at the gaming goodness on the new 9.7 inch webOS 3.0 tablet.

The guy who is handling the device is playing Armageddon Squadron II, and the game appears to be running quite smoothly. In the video, the user is flying a bomber and you can see the power of the accelerometer and gyroscope.

Just to remind you, the HP TouchPad’s capacitive multitouch display has a resolution of 1024 x 768, and the device features 512MB of RAM and a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

You will also get WiFi 802.11b/g/n, A-GPS (for the 3G model only), Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR with A2DP, front-facing 1.3-megapixel webcam, Light sensor, Compass (magnetometer), and a rechargeable 6,300 mAh battery.
