ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro Windows 7 / Android Dual-Boot Tablet & V350 Dual-SIM Smartphone Unveiled; ViewPad 10s Gets 3G

While many of the technology giants from around the world are waiting for the Mobile World Congress to begin for unveiling their latest gadgets, ViewSonic has just announced the launch its new devices before the start of the event. The company has introduced its latest products, the V350 smartphone and the ViewPad 10Pro tablet.

The ViewSonic V350 is a dual-SIM phone which will allow users to carry two SIMs from two different operators in order to take advantage of different plans and networks.

The new device comes equipped with a 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touchpanel and runs the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system.

The device also has a 5 megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 and A-GPS.

The ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro is a “professional” tablet that will be coming with the dual-boot functionality. With the device, customers will able to tap into Android 2.2 or Windows 7 Professional.

The tablet comes with an LED-backlit capacitive multitouch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 and Intel’s Oak Trail platform. You will also get inbuilt 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and it will have at least six hours of battery life.

Finally, the company has also announced its ViewPad 10s 3G, which is an updated version of the ViewPad 10s that was unveiled at CES in January.

The device now comes with 3G functionality that enhances current features that include GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth 2.1+EDR.
