The Dell Streak 7 Android tablet is now available from T-Mobile, as promised earlier. The device is having a price tag of $199.99 with a new two-year agreement (after a $50 mail-in rebate).

With the new 7 inch 4G tablet, you will be able to enjoy the carrier’s super fast HSPA+ network, which is capable of reaching theoretical peaks of 21 Mbps.

The device comes equipped with a 1GHz Tegra 2 processor, and it has a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera aimed at video chat and a rear facing 5 megapixel one.

The tablet, which runs the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system (so far, there have been no hints about an Android Honeycomb update for the tablet), supports Flash 10.1 and features 1080p HD video recording.

It also comes with built-in GPS, mobile hotspot functionality, 16GB of onboard storage, memory card slot (supports cards of up to 32GB), Bluetooth, Swype (preloaded), and the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass.

So, are you going to get the new device or are you waiting for another upcoming tablet to hit store shelves?
