You might not have forgotten the Samsung Galaxy Ace smartphone (S5830) that is expected to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress next month. Earlier, we have seen an official picture of the upcoming device, and its specs list was also leaked. Now, the device has become official.

The Samsung Galaxy Ace has surfaced on a Samsung website. Samsung Indonesia has listed the phone on its website, along with the device’s specs list.

The new device will be coming equipped with a 3.5 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 320×480.

The phone, which will run the Android 2.2 Froyo OS (hopefully, a Gingerbread upgrade will come after its launch), will also have an 800 MHz processor and a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash on the back.

The company has also added a Swype keyboard, and it will also feature HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, complete social networking integration, a FM radio with RDS, and a microSD card slot with support for 32GB cards.

And it appears that the customers will have two colors choices for the device: black and white.

Unfortunately, there are no hints about the pricing and release date. But the company is expected to come out with an announcement soon. And we will be there at the MWC to make sure that we get all the info about the device. So stay tuned.
