Among the tablets that were introduced at CES 2011, the Asus Eee Slate EP121 was not the tablet that got the most attention. But, it is slated to arrive later this month, and we can wait and see how it performs on the crowded tablet market. If you are someone who is eagerly waiting for the device, you can satisfy yourself for now by just checking out the unboxing video that was released by the company.

In case you were living under a rock for all these years and are visiting the web for the first time, the Eee Slate EP121 is a Windows-powered tablet and it comes equipped with a 12.1 inch multi-touch IPS 1280 x 800 display.

It also has an Intel Core i5-470UM processor, a 64GB SSD and 4GB of memory, and is slightly lighter and thinner than the iPad.

In the video, you can see that the tablet is bundled with a carrying case, stylus, power adapter, and Bluetooth keyboard.

And it is being said in the video that the device can boot in about 10 to 15 seconds. But we have found that it actually takes around 25 seconds to boot.
