Hot Mobile Deals: HTC EVO Shift 4G to be offered by Best Buy for just $150 as Contract-Free price fixed at a steep $550

December 28, 2010, By Shawn Wagnon

Want to pocket the HTC EVO Shift 4G? News is that it is coming to Best Buy for $150 on a two year contract deal. That really does seem like a pretty fair price at this time considering that the Epic 4G is going to probably end up costing a lot more on a similar deal. While the two-year contract will allow you to take home the EVO Shift 4G for $150, a 1-year deal will demand you pay twice that amount- $300.

If you are one of those who likes to but the handset outright and are not too impressed by the deal that networks are forcing you to sign up, then it will set you back by $550. Looking at the price tags, it seems obvious that the 2-yead deal will be the most lucrative one and should interest those who already decided to take home the Shift 4G.

All this comes from an internal leak coming out of the Best Buy Stores and while the prices are not final, expect them to stay more or less the same once the news becomes official. Like the deal? Is it a thumbs up or a firm thumbs down for the HTC EVO Shift 4G?
