StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty Demo Now Available for PC & Mac

December 22, 2010, By Leo Xavier

As an early Christmas gift, Blizzard has just released a demo for the StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty and you can download it here. If you are having trouble on deciding if you should purchase the new game, you can try out this new demo first that will give you a preview of what is on offer.

The demo is currently available, and it will be great news for owners of Mac computers that the demo also has support for Mac.

But unfortunately, it does not offer a sample of online play, but the good thing is that you won’t have to sign up for a account. You just need to have the minimum system requirements.

And you will be pleased to know that the demo is coming with the first three campaign missions as well as a Terran vs. Terran skirmish mode versus the AI.

Currently the demo is limited to the US English version of the game, but it is expected that some additional languages are also coming.

Although StarCraft is hugely popular, there might still be many people who may have never even heard of the game. Many game fans will be happy with the release of the demo. You can check out the demo and tell us what you feel about the new game.

You can get more info on the demo at its own FAQ page. Check it out here.
