The Verizon 4G LTE Network is indeed here and if you are in a area that supports Verizon 4G, then you sure can vouch first hand for the quality and the speed it offers. So how has the experience been so far? Have been hooked to the blurring speeds that Verizon claims 4G offers? Well, reports that are coming in indicate that for now there are still some start-up problems and issues that usually plague such technology in its early launch stage.

According to those who have tried it user have been facing several minutes of initial delay when using USB modem to switch from a 3G connection to the speedy new 4G LTE network. The good news in this regard is that this will be only temporary and Verizon have acknowledged that the problem indeed exists and they are already on their way to fixing it for good.

While that is a hiccup more than expected at the start of the 4G launch, it is the Mac users who are more distraught at this point. For now the Verizon USB modem just does not work for Mac systems and if you are still trying hard, just give up and relax. Verizon though has stated that they have been working for weeks on drivers for Mac OS and an update to fix the hassle should be out very soon.

So, happy with Verizon 4G LTE? Is it all that you thought it would be? Any other complaints? Let the world and Verizon Wireless know…
