LG E-Note H1000B Windows 7 Tablet Now on Sale in Korea for $847

LG’s Windows 7 tablet was seen visiting the FCC sometime back and now the latest reports has confirmed the launch of the device in Korea. Titled as the LG E-Note H1000B, it bears a 10.1 inch resistive touchscreen display that offers a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.

The device is offered with a choice of processors. The users can either choose a 1.1 GHz Intel Atom Z510 chip or a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z530 CPU. The device is coming with 1GB of RAM and a 16GB solid state disk. Although not as a standard feature with the device, a WiMAX option comes as an extra accessory for the device.

The LG E-Note H1000B is equipped with connectivity options that include 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0. It also gets 2 USB 2.0 ports, an SD Card Slot, an accelerometer as well as a 4-cell removable battery. Measuring at 278.5 x 180.5 x 14.5 mm, the device weighs 850g.

The company promises the device’s compatibility with the Windows 7 Professional version although for the time being it is running on the Windows 7 Starter Edition.

Although there are no words regarding the worldwide release of the device, it is known that South Korea based online retail outlet KT WiBro has started the retailing of this device at a price fixed at 961,000 Won or $847.
