The NOOK Color eBook reader from Barnes & Noble has hit the FCC. But the latest reports are suggesting that the FCC will not reveal anything about this new device for a few months.

The FCC documents do not reveal anything new about the Android-powered tablet and the internal photos of the device will remain confidential for the next six months.

Just to remind you, Barnes & Noble unveiled the device last week. The device, which comes with a 7 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, is powered by Android 2.1.

It comes with an 8GB of internal storage and storage capacity can be increased with microSD cards. It has got WiFi connectivity also.

If you are looking forward to buying the device, you can get it from the Barnes & Noble’s website. Check it out here.
