Evil Controllers Announces Evil “D-Pad”

October 27, 2010, By Christian Davis

If you’re a gamer, you know how important the controller is. It’s essentially the most important part of gaming. If you don’t have a comfortable controller, then your experience will most likely be an unpleasant one. Xbox 360 owners know that playing with the controllers Directional Pad (D-Pad) is less than enjoyable, and Evil Controllers aims to fix that for everyone.

Above you’ll see an image of the latest Evil Controller with their brand new featured, Evil D-Pad. The D-Pad has separate buttons instead for point to point contact instead of a more traditional D-Pad that’s connected by on an axis.

The use of buttons instead of an axis should make controller movements noticeably more accurate. There is another xbox 360 controller coming out that raises the D-Pad by twisting it, but that still leaves the same problem that the current 360 controllers have. Evil Controllers seems to have it figured.

Evil Controllers has been around for years and they’re a very reliable. Definitely check out the new controller as soon as you get a chance.
