Call of Duty: Black Ops Continues Shattering Records, Amongst Most Pre-Ordered Items’ Ever on Amazon

You can be rest assured that Call of Duty: Black Ops will be a scorcher of a game when it finally makes the cut (November 9), but until then it is the pre-orders we need to keep track of, as the records are being shattered every passing day. It has easily surpassed the pre-order record set by the previous game title Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and now Amazon is chipping in with some numbers of its own.

Forget the previous game titles, Call of Duty: Black Ops is on its way to become one of the most pre-ordered items in the history of Amazon. Other great sellers like Halo: Reach and Red Dead Redemption have also been overtaken this far. Furthermore, the rate at which this game is being pre-ordered, it has even outpaced the DVD release of Michael Jackson: This Is It.

With the game arriving just in time for the holidays, even the direct selling will contribute to these already high pre-order numbers big time, which could easily make Black Ops as the most celebrated game in the gaming history. Stay tuned people!
